This includes name, email, billing and shipping address, payment details (processed securely by Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Google Pay), device information (cookies, IP address, browser data), and communication preferences.

How information is used

You use this information to process and fulfill orders, manage customer accounts, provide support, prevent fraud, run analytics, and send marketing communications when consent is given. Order information is shared with Printful and Printify so they can produce and ship items on your behalf.

Sharing information with third parties

You share data only with service providers necessary to operate your store:

Shopify (store hosting, checkout, fraud prevention)
Printful and Printify (production, packaging, shipping)
Shipping carriers (Canada Post, USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.)
Payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Google Pay)

Data retention

Order information is retained for legal and tax compliance. Marketing data is kept until the customer unsubscribes. Device and analytics data follow the retention rules of your analytics tools.

Customer rights
