Refund Policy

(Printful + Printify)

Eligibility for refunds or replacements

Because products are made on demand, returns are accepted only for:

  • damaged items
  • misprints
  • manufacturing defects

Customers must provide photos of the issue. Claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe (most POD stores use 14–30 days).

Non‑returnable items

You do not accept returns for:

  • buyer’s remorse
  • wrong size or color chosen by the customer
  • normal wear and tear
  • delays caused by shipping carriers

Wrong address or failed delivery

If the customer provides an incorrect address or fails to pick up the package, the order cannot be refunded.

Fulfillment partner errors

If Printful or Printify is responsible for the issue, you will replace the item at no cost.
